Tina Diaz, Litigation Paralegal and Payroll Assistant

Tina works hand in hand with the firm’s attorneys assisting in litigation matters, contract review and estate matters. In addition, she also handles payroll services for our corporate clients, ensuring each company’s payroll is processed for all a company’s employees located throughout the United States. Tina is also responsible for ensuring each client is properly registered in the applicable States for income withholding tax and unemployment insurance. As an added service, she can help set up workers’ compensation policies and group healthcare and 401k plans for clients who elect to make use of Martensen Wright’s payroll services.

Tina has worked as a litigation paralegal for over three years. She started as legal assistant and worked her way up to paralegal for an Employment Law firm. While at this firm, she ran the firm’s office payroll, served as their HR representative, and oversaw the general day-to-day running for the firm. Toward the beginning of 2023, she made the jump to Martensen Wright PC, and we’ve been grateful to have her.

In her off hours, Tina coaches high school boys’ basketball and has been doing this for 7 years. She has also found enjoyment in coaching 5th grade girls’ basketball. Tina adores her ginger cat and is a little bit of a movie nerd.
