Stephanie Trillo, Corporate Paralegal

Stephanie supports Martensen Wright PC as a Corporate Paralegal, assisting with corporate formation, ongoing maintenance, and compliance filings for the firm’s business clients. She prepares and files annual reports, foreign state registrations, and other required corporate documents, and assists with drafting and filing business entity documents for corporations and LLCs. Her background in the entertainment industry brings valuable experience with complex contract processes, corporate documentation, and managing the needs of high-touch clients who expect precision, discretion, and responsiveness.

Before joining Martensen Wright PC, Stephanie worked in-house for several major entertainment companies, including Fox Cable Networks, NBCUniversal and Disney | ABC Television Group. She also gained law firm experience at a boutique practice serving entertainment industry clients, where she focused on corporate formation and maintenance, trademark research and registration as well as copyright maintenance. Earlier in her career, she drafted judicial foreclosure judgments and later broadened her experience through roles as an Executive Assistant at a Social Security Disability law firm and as an administrator at an elementary school.

A San Diego native, Stephanie earned her Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University and completed her Paralegal Certificate at the University of San Diego. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband and daughters, and caring for her many animals—three dogs, a parrot, a veiled chameleon, a lizard, and a flock of eleven chickens. She also has a passion for vintage and antique shopping, particularly items reminiscent of the Victorian era.
