Olga has effectively assisted our clients from around the world with securing employment visas and Green Cards for more than twenty years. Working hand in hand with the firm’s attorneys, she has demonstrated a remarkable track record of success in procuring B-1, L-1, H1-B, E-1, and E-2 visas as well as Employment-based and Family-based Green Cards for our clients. She has also been handling U.S. Citizenship applications and has guided many of our clients on their journey from being a temporary visa holder to becoming a U.S. Citizen.

Olga was born and raised in Kyrgyzstan and is a native Russian speaker. Being an immigrant herself, she is very familiar with what it is like to go through the U.S. immigration system. She followed the immigration path from nonimmigrant to immigrant, starting on an F-1 student visa, transitioning to the H-1B work visa, applying for a Green Card and finally becoming a Naturalized U.S. Citizen.

Before coming to the U.S., Olga worked as a translator for the United Nations Children’s Fund, and she also interned for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
